Terms of Service

MapMyStops is an online travel planner. You search a destination and get hotels, sights and places to eat picked from travel blogs and guides, each matched to Google Maps, and you can save them to trips. The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is a paid subscription that adds the features listed on the pricing page. You can also buy a one-time Trip Unlock for a single trip (section 4).

Results are gathered automatically from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Check opening hours, prices and bookings with the place itself before you travel.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy Pro or a Trip Unlock. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it.
• Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not use MapMyStops to break the law, to scrape or overload the service, or to harm others.

The trips you make stay yours. We store them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. A trip is private unless you create a share link, which lets anyone with the link view it read-only until you stop sharing.

• Pro costs ₹399 a month or ₹1,999 a year, billed in advance in Indian rupees through Razorpay, our payment processor. Prices include applicable taxes, if any.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• If we change the price of Pro, we will tell you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your first renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then.
• Cancellation and refunds: see Refunds & cancellation.
• If a renewal payment cannot be collected, Pro ends. Your saved trips are kept.
• MapMyStops is not currently registered for GST.

Trip Unlock. A Trip Unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It costs ₹49 for one trip, paid in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and never renews.

• It lets you print or save that one trip as a PDF, without Pro. It does not unlock any other trip and is not part of Pro.
• It is tied to that trip and to the account that bought it. You can only buy it for a trip you own, and it cannot be moved to another trip or account.
• It does not depend on Pro: it stays if you never subscribe, or if Pro ends.
• If you delete the trip or your account, the unlock goes with it.
• If you are charged twice for the same trip, you still get one unlock; see Refunds & cancellation for the extra charge.

We work to keep MapMyStops available, but it is provided “as is”. We may change or remove features. If we discontinue Pro, we will refund the unused part of a prepaid period.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to MapMyStops is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel plans that change because information from a third-party source was wrong. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You can stop using MapMyStops at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Your choices and rights). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with 7 days’ notice by e-mail, except that we may act immediately in cases of abuse, fraud or security threats.
